What is Biofield Tuning?
What happens in a standard Biofield Tuning Session?
After a brief interview to define mutual goals, the client lies fully clothed on a comfortable massage table, face up, with shoes removed. If preferred, an eye mask—weighted or unweighted—can be worn to minimize distractions and deepen relaxation. The practitioner applies weighted (vibrational) and unweighted (audible) tuning forks both on the body and within the biofield, using coherent sound to harmonize the client physically, energetically, and emotionally.

What can I expect to feel during a tuning session?
Each person's experience is unique, but most report feeling deeply relaxed. Some people may experience visions, creative insights, or see beautiful sacred geometric patterns and colors. Others recall memories or experience emotional release in different ways. Every session is distinct, and no two sound healing experiences are exactly the same. Even if you drift off to sleep or your mind wanders, the power of sound healing still works through the body using cymatics—vibrational transmission—rather than just auditory perception.
How many tunings are recommended?
The number and frequency of sessions depend on individual needs and goals. A single tuning can be transformative, but an initial series of three sessions, spaced about a week apart, is recommended for the best results. Progress is evaluated after these sessions to determine the next steps. Each session builds upon the last, creating a cumulative effect that enhances noticeable changes in daily life. Once a goal is achieved, monthly or seasonal "maintenance tunings" can help sustain balance and well-being.
